Quest Diagnostics Laboratory

Quest Diagnostics has a lab located inside the Brock Hughes Medical Center facility.

Deanna Arnold, CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) is on-site during Clinic Hours to provide laboratory testing (excludes drug testing and DOT testing).

Patient needs to bring a laboratory order from a provider with them (if not a BHMC patient).

Patient does not need an appointment.

*You do not have to register as a BHMC patient to receive laboratory services from Quest Diagnostics.
