Deanna Arnold is a native of Wythe County. Deanna graduated from Pathway Medical Institute (PMI) as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) in July of 2023. She has been a Phlebotomist with Quest Diagnostics since 2023. Deanna began working at the Quest Diagnostics site located within the Brock Hughes Medical Center (BHMC) in April 2025.
