On-site laboratory services at BHMC provide convenient, reliable testing to support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of health conditions.

BHMC staff perform the lab testing.

Quest Diagnostics is responsible for the reading and billing of the labs.

BHMC does not control this pricing and cannot give BHMC patients an estimate of costs.

For Uninsured Patients:

• Quest Diagnostics offers UPP (Uninsured Patient Pricing). There is no application to complete to receive this reduced pricing.
• To be considered for additional financial assistance, the Quest Patient Financial Assistance form will need to be completed
• Once approved, the application is valid for 1 year.
